PERFORMING OPPORTUNITIES                                                   

All students enrolled at PASG are invited to perform at the Performance Recital at the close of the year in May.  Students are not required to perform.

 

All students at PASG as well as dance students from all studios, are invited to join our non-profit organization, Illinois Youth Dance Theatre, Inc.  Click here for more information about IYDT.

RISING STARS PERFORMANCE RECITAL

Rising Stars perform with the Primary Division.
They rehearse during the latter part of class time. 
Students are allowed to sit in the audience during the show. 
Dress Rehearsals are required.

Rising Stars Includes:

I Can Dance Two
Confetti
PreBallet
Ballet 1

Kinder Hip Hop
Jazz 1
Tap 1
**possibly Ballet 1-2**

PRIMARY DIVISION PERFORMANCE RECITAL

Primary Division performs at a large theatre venue. 
Rehearsal are held at the latter part of class time for Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Modern, and possibly for the lower levels of ballet.**
Primary Division students participate in Tech Rehearsals and Dress Rehearsals at the theatre in the week prior to the performance.

COSTUMES

Rising Stars, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop and Modern all require a costume purchase for performances. 

Ballet divisions that perform a seperate dance from IYDT are required to purchase a costume.
